MEET REYNOLDS THE RnB GENIUS

RnB has become a very strong growing music genre in Ghanaian music due to the efforts that is being pushed into it by some few good music lovers.

Talk Music GH chanced upon one of the best RnB soul singers Reynolds, a very multi talented young dynamic up and coming musician who has found so much love for the Rnb genre .

Reynolds does not only do the singing part of music but also portrays his skill as a multi instrumentalist who is equally good with a bass guitar,drums,acoustic guitar and keyboard, he is a good song write,composer and producer as well.

He has several songs to his credit which are on heavy rotation on most the nations radio stations, ‘Ose ompe me biom ‘ and ‘burning’ are the newest from his collections which is making head way into the mainstream Ghanaian charts.

TMGH asked him what plans he has for his career in music and he replied saying he is very fond of learning the saxophone because its been his dream since he started music.

Watch out for this young man who is dimensionally going to lift the flag of RnB higher in Ghana.

KAAKIE UNVEILS HER NEW IMAGE WITH NEW VIDEO

Kaakie has been nominated for and undoubtedly is the favourite to win the “New Artiste Of The Year” in this year’s Awards. She also got nominated for the “Best Reggae/Dancehall Song Of The Year” with her song “Toffee Pon Tongue” (Obolo Obolo).

She follows her GMA nominations with the release of her long awaited video for “Too much” this week. The exciting music video features Kaakie spotting a fish tail style Mohawk braided at the sides. Kaakie in the video is seen driven in a Yatch by a Sexy Male as she flaunts her curves, thighs and tans her body in the sun; Kaakie is later seen flaunting her curves at an indoor swimming pool and riding behind her “man” on a motor as they head to a danceoff.

The video ends with Kaakie attracting the attention of all the men at a Danceoff, pissing off other ladies at the danceoff.

The video also features a cameo appearance by 30minitz TV show presenter, Blonde sprayed haired, Sadeeq Abdulai Abu and was directed by ace Ghanaian video director, George “Gyo” Gyimah of Phamous Philms.

“It’s been a long time coming, but I am certain this video will relive the moments the song brought to my fans, besides “Too Much” video release is a fulfillment of my promise to my fans of a better me this year, Myself and my management team are putting in extra efforts to release more videos of my songs and give fans an experience at events and shows”, an elated Kaakie commented.

Kaakie’s first year in the Ghanaian Music industry has been very impressive, after successfully releasing six songs that all went on to become big radio hits, Kaakie got nominated for and won Yfm’s best new artiste of the year at the “Loud In Gh’ concert”, She was again adjudged as the Best female artiste of 2012 by Joyfm, capping it this year with two GMA nominations. Despite all of this, Kaakie is beginning to attract attention in Africa and in the world, so the video obviously would help assert the attention she is attracting.
